01 Pneumatic Drills

GS04/GS06/GS10 Series : Boasting an excellent ergonomic design, the drills are ultra-light and portable, ideal for drilling operations on common materials and with standard hole diameters.

Angle Pneumatic Drills : Equipped with 45°/90°/360° angled drill heads for flexible operation in narrow hole positions and complex structural scenarios. Built-in high-precision planetary gear sets deliver a transmission efficiency of over 92%. Low noise and low vibration ensure fatigue-free performance during prolonged work.

02 Hi-Lok Bolts

GSP Series : Pistol grip type

03 Annular Groove Rivet Guns

GS83A Pneumatic Rivet Gun: Max pulling force 83kN, compatible with mainstream annular groove rivets such as CherryMAX. Successfully applied in the assembly of multiple types of domestic aircraft and UAVs.

04 Cold Extrusion

Cold extrusion is a critical process for enhancing the fatigue resistance of aerospace structural components. The system consists of the following parts:

Hydraulic Power Unit: Dual-circuit constant pressure control with adjustable pressure ranging from 0 to 70MPa.

Main Rivet Gun Body: Modular design, supporting straight rod/offset/long-stroke configurations.

Special Tool Kit: High-precision reamers (IT6 grade), gauges and mandrels (tolerance of ±0.005mm), drill bit + nose cone assemblies (suitable for titanium alloy/Inconel).

Consumables: Slotted bushings, support blocks (domestically substituted, with a 40% cost reduction).

Third-party tested, the fatigue life of cold-extruded holes is increased by 3–5 times, far exceeding that of conventional drilled holes.

05 Grinders

GSA061805: Angled grinder, speed 18,000 rpm, suitable for curved surface deburring and weld finishing.

GSP062006: Straight-handle grinder, speed 20,000 rpm, ideal for flat surface polishing and composite material edge treatment.

Featuring a low-vibration design with noise level ＜75dB(A). Compatible with wool wheels, abrasive cloth wheels and diamond grinding heads, adaptable to metals/carbon fiber/ceramics.

06 Rivet Presses

Single Cylinder Series: RC33 / RAD5 – Riveting force 33kN, weight ＜2kg, one-handed operation, suitable for thin plates, electronic enclosures and instrument housings.

Tandem Cylinder Series: RC55 / RAD5 – Riveting force 55kN, dual-cylinder synchronous drive, compatible with solid rivets and adaptable to a variety of riveting heads.

07 Locating Pin Guns

Hexagonal Locating Pin Gun: For standard locating holes, enabling quick insertion and extraction.

Cylindrical Locating Pin Gun: Adapted for non-standard hole positions, with elastic buffering to prevent hole wall scratching.

Optional pin body materials: Stainless steel / Titanium alloy / Nitrided steel (wear resistance grade HRC60+).
